The minimum contract for periodic maintenance services is one year.
Not yet. The package price covers only maintenance and inspection services. If there is physical damage requiring new parts, this will be billed separately following confirmation.
For Pro and Enterprise packages, we guarantee that our team will respond and perform remote diagnostics within a maximum of 2 hours, and conduct an on-site visit within a maximum of 24 hours after the report is received.

2. 24/7 service is limited to handling emergencies (total network outage / massive CCTV system failure).
3. Surya Adi Guna is not liable for data loss resulting from hardware that was physically damaged prior to the commencement of the contract.
